Terms & Conditions
1. Payment:
50% advance payment of the total of your purchase (custom orders only) is required + the total shipping to schedule your event, make the graphic proposal and start production. It is paid on delivery or prior to shipment. * There is no refund in advance*
2. Delivery times:
The delivery of graphic proposal takes 4 to 6 business days after making
the advance. It is necessary to authorize the graphic proposal to start production. The product is ready for delivery/shipping 6 to 10 business days after authorizing. *The time may vary according to the availability of agenda and complexity of the order.
*Shipping days are separate *We recommend you to book 15 days in advance for paper goods only. Acrylics, synthetic bags, and others we recommend you to book at least 2-3 months in advance.
Any delay in payment, delivery of information, delay in authorization
or modifications in the graphic proposal by the client, will modify
the delivery times previously agreed in the quotation.
It is the responsibility of the client to deliver the information in a timely manner.
3. Design and changes:
If the client decides to change the proposed and approved design, there will be an additional cost.
You need to include information of colors, characteristics, or any ideas that you want.
4. Urgent orders
They will be accepted only with extra charge and depending on availability
on agenda. The cost will be determined depending on the complexity in the design and working time. They must be paid in one
exhibition and may not be refundable.
The delivery date is subject to the fulfillment of delivery of information and payment in time and form by the client. Any modification, delay or
breach of terms by the customer will delay or cancel the order.
